Can we keep the sink and tap?
Yes, often it is possible to keep both. However, if you are looking for that facelift in your kitchen, consider that the sink and the tap are usually the focal point. We strongly recommend you change those.

We have 30mm tops. Can we change to the 40mm tops?
Yes. However, the new top will butt up against the existing wall tiles, so some silicone may be visible where it seals the small gap between the new worktop and the existing tiles.

Do you break tiles when removing my old worktops?
We can't guarantee not to. However, to put it into perspective, in all the kitchens where we've replaced worktops, we've broken a total of only eight tiles!

Can the old hob be used again?
Yes. Regulations specify that we use an authorized Corgi plumber to reconnect the hob.

Can a new hob be fitted even if its bigger?
If the units below do not hinder the gas connection, then yes.

Is it possible to change the sink?
It's often the case that old kitchens have a single bowl, and you might want to have a 1½ bowl fitted. We can do this if the sink unit below is at least 500mm.

For how long will our kitchen look like a bombsite?
To keep the mess down to a bare minimum, we carry out most of your work in our workshop. Usually, we complete the installation in only one day!

Do we need to empty our units before you arrive?
Please, it makes our life a lot easier - and it also helps you find the 35 tins that have passed their sell-by date. We may cause a little bit of dust, but not a lot.

Can we have solid beech worktops fitted?
Yes, absolutely. We supply 28 mm and 40mm worktops.
